X79 Windows 8 chipset drivers

I have an Asus Sabertooth X79 Motherboard and i am currently running windows 8. i have tried to update my chipset drivers and install Intel RST to get my SSD Cached and i am getting the following message when i try to open the installer for both the chipset and RST

DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS OPERATING SYSTEM : WNT_6.2P_64

can anyone help??......
Please dont just say downgrade to 7 lol... or XP

Gone there and then selected which OS you have and downloaded the drivers/utilities you need?

I have the same board get the drivers from asus as posted above, but ignore the asus installer and go straight to the intel installer in the install folder of the extracted folder. Looks like asus has not updated their own installer to check for the updated windows version number.
