Someone is messing around with my new phone

Wierd.

I just got a new cheap phone from a mate and the battery power is draining really quickly and I am sure I heard the shutter go a few times when I was playing with it.

Either that or the phone is messed up or the charger I bought for it is.

I think I will give it back and get my money back.
