Hi guys,
I thought I'd share a few pictures of my house just as it's about to go on the market.
We've lived here for six years, it's a 3 bedroom, end terrace in a pretty cheap neighborhood. We completely gutted the place when we bought it, I don't think there's anything left that was there when we got the keys. The garden is pretty pathetic and only this good weather of late has really made us want to up and leave asap! We've put too much into the house really expenditure wise, mainly the kitchen but hey ho, we just got in when the prices fell but also the mortgages went up so can't complain really.
I was also very dubious about our daughter being raised here, we've never had issues but there's many council houses surrounding the area and unfortunately they don't house the nicest of people. I'm not stereotyping here, I have friends that are council housed, unfortunately the ones around here I wouldn't trust whatsoever and I certainly wouldn't want my daughter hanging round these parts when she gets older.
Anyway, we're up and moving soon to a small village 20 minutes away from here. The cost of the house will be much more a month and the commute to work will be a lot longer but the fact it's a lovely house with a big garden and my daughter will have all the freedom she needs is well worth the extra expense.
Pictures are just for inspiration if anyone needed it decorating a house on a small budget.

Study (This was a downstairs toilet but we never used it so when the baby was born we utilised the space to make my PC/Xbox room. Looks a lot better in person, especially the poo brown colours
