New upgrade

I am now durring new upgrade project but need some advice of what to upgrade. My current equipment is:

Corsair Graphite 600T Midi Tower Case - Limited Edition White
Asus P8P67 Intel P67 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard ** B3 REVISION ** (2nd already as the 1st one got RMA replaced after 2y1m of using it)
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor - not OCed
Corsair HX 750W ATX Modular SLI Compliant Power Supply
Patriot Viper Xtreme 4GB (2x2GB) PC3-16000C9 2000MHz Dual Channel Kit (I think I will need to upgrade it)
Corsair A50 High-Performance CPU Cooler (Socket AM2/AM3/LGA775/LGA1155/LGA1156/LGA1366)
2x Western Digital RE3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache
MSI N650-1GD5/OCV1 can be replaced with XFX ATI Radeon HD 6850 Black Edition 1024MB

I want the case as silente as possible at reasonable cost. I don't wanna spend irrational amount of money on high end parts and pay "new developed stuff tax" with it. Untill now I was running with the standard 200mm front fan but would like to change it now to something quieter. W/C is an option too. I'm not gaming that much so if OCing CPU/GPU/RAM it don't have to be pushed to the max I would like to keep as many parts as possible and still use them for some time. As my GPU is like 3 months old I could add other one and combine them or just sell both cards and get better one with W/C on it. I was trying to get all W/C infos together but it is so much ... I know full block on GPU is better option so I was thinking to make it on my current NV cart but can't find any block that would fit it. I found that they just don't make them as there is no point in it. Will 2x120mm fan radiator work with CPU+GPU combo cooling or I will need a bigger one ? RAM will not be W/Ced. I would like to have nice looking Reservoir - can be from other page than OCuk.
As my son will start to walk around very soon I need to hide as much cables as possible. Any ideas ? I have like spagetti behind my desk and that's not perfect.
I also have 3x akasa 120mm fans with blue LEDs as mobo is in black/blue colours and they are over 2 years old but not sure if there is any point in changing them.. If there are quieter - sure I would like to change them.

So I made some small selection of equipment. I choose new fans that should make my PC quiter, dust filters to place it on the top of the case and some other bits. Can someone have a look at my basket ?

Really no one ? Over 70 ppl looked in and no answer ?

What are the main uses for this system?

My target is to play new Rome Total War 2 when it comes out and some other but older games, movies, web and music. PC needs to be as quiet as possible. W/C GPU is an option if needed.

I'd suggest you sack the WC, get some quiet air cooler for CPU and get a much better GPU with a decent cooler, maybe an MSI 7950 Frozr.

So new GPU... and what about RAM ?
What coolers would you recomend ?

Get another kit of what you've already got.
Something like a silver arrow for the CPU.

Then overclock.

I had OC on the CPU but PC was rebooting like 2-3 times to get up and running with OC on. After almost a year it was to much and I came back to normal speed.
