I want to reset my PC from the beginning and reinstall everything because I have few problems with a driver that no one can't fix according to the 3 (1 is currently thinking). I am tired and its the weekend and want to play some games however I can't because I can't go into normal mode because my drivers are messed up. So yeah I can't go into normal mode so can someone tell me how to reset a PC to factory settings on safemode and install windows 7 OS on to it with USB would make my life easy :3

No. I have it on my laptop and transfer the files to my PC later. I just want a way to reset my pc in safemode or in BIOS (Not normal mode). Thanks ^^

Boot from the windows cd and choose a new installation.

This is the easiest way to do it assuming you have a retail copy of Windows 7 on DVD and not an upgrade license.

This also assumes that the PC is one you built yourself, and not an off the shelf package.

Installing Windows from a USB stick is not something I've done myself, but I believe there are tutorials that a quick Google should help you find that will help you create a USB installation disk, on your laptop, from your Windows 7 DVD. I don't know how involved the process is though.
