Wish I ordered one now. As all the other cases I was waiting to be released have been a big disappointment.

And here it is, in black.

Honestly guys, this thing is trouser-tighteningly stunning. Just plain gorgeous, Lian-Li and the designers (Necere/Wahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahaha360) deserve a big pat on the back for it. Pictures do not do it justice.

Here is a list of the parts going in there:

Intel Core i5-3570K
Intel DH77DF
16GB Geil Black Dragon DDR3
OcUK Fathom 240mm watercooler w/Red liquid
Sapphire ATI Radeon R9 290
Samsung 256GB 840 Evo
Samsung 1TB Spinpoint M8
OcUK Slot-Loading Slimline Blu-Ray Drive
Silverstone ST45SF-G 450W Modular SFX

And the nCase itself, obviously.

Of those parts, some will have to be ordered but I think I've already spotted a small problem. I'm going to take some measurements and come back to you.

I have always liked Lian Li cases, I still have a PC-6089 that I bought 10 years ago and that still looks good today.

Currently using a Lian Li V355.

Liking the look of the M1, very nice :)

Missed a couple of questions!

Nice. How much you pay for that mate? I have been wanting one of them since I saw the project :)

Stelly

$245 for the case, then £33.39 for customs. Parcelforce really are absolute scumbags, they charged me £13.50 "handling fee" which is basically them taking my £33.39, paying customs £19.89 and pocketing the rest!

Looking forward to seeing this shizzle!

Been tempted to go small for a while, this may force my hand! :p

It was a limited run, currently there are no available. There's quite a demand for another batch though, best keep an eye on the [H] SFF forums thread.

I also received mine today! I had to pay customs charges too, but mine was £29.17, which is weird.

Just opened it to have a quick look, and you're right, it looks amazing. The finish on the panels looks really high quality.

Took me a while to figure out how to remove the side panels though :p

Would be nice to see pictures of it against existing case, as a scale comparison. If you still have a SG05.

I really ummed and arred about getting one, by which time it was too late. I think I'll watch out for some reviews and if there is a second batch then I'll consider buying one.

Say hello to number 0354 of 1000.
My case is number 0300. I was surprised when it turned up since I was expecting it to be delivered in December or January.

These are some of the parts I was thinking of buying / reusing from my current PC...

  • Intel Core i7-4770k
  • Asus Maximus VI Impact
  • 16GB (2x8GB) Crucial Ballistix Very Low Profile DDR3 RAM (BLS2C8G3D1609ES2LX0CEU)
  • Noctua NH-C14 CPU Cooler
  • 256GB Samsung 830 SSD (x2)
  • EVGA GeForce GTX 670 Superclocked (4GB) w/ Backplate
  • Silverstone ST45SF-G v2.0 450W Modular SFX PSU
I think I'll have to do some more research to make sure everything will fit. :)

The chances of a second run are really slim to none at this point. If you really want one you're going to need to go to the places where you'd find these for sale and pay the premium unfortunately.
