Advice would be appreciated about an RMA

5 weeks ago my PSU died, a Corsair AX850, I have contacted Corsair about this and they have approved an RMA and what they referred to as a "call tag", in which a courier will be in touch about collecting the item. The thing is that they haven't really explained what is actually happening nor has anyone contacted me about collection. I have however received a tracking email from UPS that states there has been failed collection attempts.

I don't want to ask Corsair support so many questions, I have never had a courier collect an item before or RMAed anything, so any advice would be appreciated.
