Help me get a routine in place

I need your help

I have started boxing been doing it for around 3 months now, lost just over a stone which is great.

however I want to work on my strength, and put abit of bulk on my muscles
I train for boxing 2-3 nights a week depending on my shifts and then do weights for 2-3 nights this is where I have the problem.

I have no idea what kind of weights/reps/sets I need to be doing so often find myself doing too much/not enough

I have tried reading a few guides online but just seem to get myself confused.

so what I'm asking of you lot, is what weights should I do on my 3 days of weights? should I be doing heavy but few reps, mid weights going till I fail?

all of them are nice and easy to understand.

I think I will start with the strong lift routine to build some strength.

now to make sure I'm doing them all correctly
