xfx rma issues

Has anyone else had issues dealing with xfx rma. I started a ticket in december, after about a month I finally managed to get them to rma a psu after several messages. The y gave me an address in the neverlands to send it to and I posted soon after. About a week ago the parcel was returned to me unopened I've contacted xfx and they say that the address is correct I supplyed the address I sent it too. I contacted the parcel company and they say there isn't anyone there under that name.

I feel xfx are just trying to get out of their warranty
 
Oh dear, here we go again. XFX customer service has been abysmal in the past but that was supposedly all sorted when OCUK started selling them again. How old is the psu? If it's less than a year old go through the retailer you bought it from.
 
Hmm, they should help you regardless of when you bought it if it is in warranty

Have you tried ringing or posting in the customer services forum?
 
did this the other day, psu bought from ****, 2 weeks left on warranty. xfx said their turnaround could be 2-3 months and postage would be lots, so to go through retailer if at all possible, mailed ****, explained it all, they gave me a form via email, sent back, posted psu, got full refund for original purchase price couple of days later.
 
I had to send a dead 290 to them about two month ago, go it back a month later and the buyer who I sold it to said it was dead, so i'll see if it was actually dead or whether the buyer had actually just changed his mind and lied.
