When I came back home from work, I switched my computer on and I went downstairs for dinner..
When I went back to my bed room, I smelt something burning really bad and then I have notice on the screen it say "Asus Anti-Surge Protection" or something like that.. My computer has restarted automatically.
I had a quick look inside my PC... MOLEX power connector that connect to a DVD drive has been burned and melted... Possibly fire as well but not sure.
What is causing this?
I am using old PSU that I have been using for a long time:
CORSAIR HX 520W MODULAR PSU
my computer spec:
i7 4790k cpu.
Asus Z97-A motherboard.
8Gb ram
Samsung SSD.
Noctua CPU cooler.
