Windows 10 Blurry Text FIX

For those who have blurry text problems when setting text scaling to 125% in many apps and Device Manager,etc I have finally found a fix from around the web.

Simply download the file from the following page, run it and and choose the Windows 8.1 DPI scaling option and the required scaling level.

Mine already looks like the 2nd pic? Does this just affect some people?

It only happens if you scale to 125% or higher. At the default 100% the text is ok. If, like me, someone prefers larger text on a high resolution display then this blurring could happen in Windows 10. This never happened with Windows 7.
May not affect everyone so possibly to do with how Windows sees your display.

Search for "Clear Type Text" in the start bar

Go through the wizzard.. Its like taking an eye test haha. Is 1 or 2 better? Now 3 or 4?
However it does alter the text to make it better for you personally.

I have Cleartype on and tested it with or without. The blurry text problem is not fixed by cleartype. There is some issue with Windows 10 that seems to affect some users and causes some text scaling problems, hence why I looked for a fix.

Well done fs123, thanks very much for that.

Running a 16" lappy with a full HD screen the image scaling is always an issue, but Device manager looked like I was using a TV display!

Much better now!
