ASUS GTX 970 Turbo OC Noise ?

Hi all,

Quick bit of advice, I have posted a clip of the noise coming from my newly bought GTX 970. I wondered if this is normal for this card ?

I know they can be noisey, wasnt sure if this particular humm is ok. You can clearly hear it as the fan winds down and up again.
