Does anyone know of a decent piece of software (free) for jigging floorplans about?

Might be tempted to extend.

Floorplanner.com

It's free for the most part but if you want more advanced features (you probably don't unless you want scale plans for permits or are using it for business).

I've been using it a lot recently to design and plan my house and garden.

Another vote for floorplanner.com I paid for the year for £8.95 as I wanted the hi-res plans. Easiest designing software of the many web based ones I tried out.

I've also used http://planner.roomsketcher.com in the past, seems to do everything I needed & is online based too.
