LG Monitor aftercare warranty

Hi

Any of you had experience with the LG warranty service.

My 34" 21:9 panel is playing up, pops and crackles and bars flick across the screen, this is only intermittantly.

I logged a repair with LG 2 days ago, nothing back from them yet.

hmmm, just got a call from them.

They want to return it to a repair centre, and this has a 10 day turnaround time. This is not good as I need it for work purposes (I work form home) so this is not possible.

I'm far from impressed with LG's service so far, and I haven't even got anywhere with it yet. Not a good sign really.

having the same problem with mine connected with displayport they have advised 2-4 weeks for repair

How long in the end did it take for you two to get your monitorss back, did you have any further issues?
