From what is going around at the moment, it looks like 2017 is a hybrid, AKA...

"We know PC version will blow PS4 out of the water all things being equal, so here is a gimped PS3 edition".

Requirements:

Anyone with a calculator should be fine.

They really need to do an overhaul with this game to take advantage of higher resolutions and graphic cards. Shame as the core game play is great.

R.I.P. PES on PC, it's supposedly using Denovo this year which will be a ball ache for modding, might even kill them altogether.

Agreed. I thought Konami were trying to rebuild bridges? I guess the pc community isn't part of that plan. Konami can burn.

Has anyone played both console and pc version to compare the two? I played the demo of this and fifa 17 and much preferred pes 2017 it just felt to me how a football game should

Probably does, it's not that bad on RAM just wouldn't be able to have much running on it, ie fine for web browsing. A bigger concern would be the rest of the components on anything only running 1GB lol.

I haven't but from browsing reddit it sounds like the gameplay is identical, it's just the visuals that are lacking on PC in comparison for PES and for FIFA everything is the same on PC as consoles.

I wouldn't recommend it - Windows 10 on my tablet with 2GB means you are limited to one thing at a time in anything half strenuous workload wise i.e. I have to close the browser (Firefox with a few tabs) before playing a game if I want things to keep running smoothly.

Looks like it's up to the modding community to do the job of the lazy developers then, I was impressed with the gameplay so I snapped it up for £21 on cd keys, hope we get some graphics mods soon
