If any fellow AMD owners are having severe stuttering in this game, particularly with Vsync enabled then I really recommend forcing shader cache on in the Deus Ex Mankind Divided Profile in Radeon Settings (AMD have not enabled it by default which is strange since it's a Gaming Evolved title). This has made a massive difference for me and has got rid of most of the stutters.

Just a reminder, after you turn it on you have to go into the game and let it cache the shaders and then exit the game and go in again and it should be much smoother.
 
Thanks for the info Itron. This was driving me nuts as well. In fact, I purchased the Witcher 3 just so I could play something else, instead of attempt to play a game that stutters and pauses. I already posed in the AMD forums but only 1 person from AMD responded with minimal help.

Also, how does this enabling shader cahce work? I am going to force this on for all my games now and see if it improves them. Thanks again.

Test each game carefully as AMD may have left it off for a reason; if they've got round to testing a particular game, that is.

As for Deus Ex, unfortunately my fix only gets rid of some of the stuttering. I think one of the patches made it worse. I hope that it has improved things for you though.
