MSI seahawk EK 1080 - is this coil whine

Just got my PC up and running a again and booted up some battlefront and getting this high pitched sound coming from the graphics card..

is this coil whine?



soon as i go back into the menus of the game it sorta goes and when back in windows its just not there.

was inside a case last week so never noticed it but now being in a P5 case its really loud
 
I can do.. but idling on desktop the GPU is silent..

Seems the mic on my phone does not pick it up too well but in real life its really loud especially it seems on game menus where fps runs really high..

might try using afterburner and limiting fps to my refresh rate (i am using g-sync)
