1080gtx flickering screen

Hi, I bought a palit jetstream 1080gtx from overclockers and have just got round to fitting it into my new pc I've built. Except i have constant flickering on screen and the gpu fans also seem to stop spinning after post. I've tried with my other older 1080gtx a palit gamerock and that's working...
