HI! I have an i7 3770 and an asrock z77 pro 4. I was wondering if enabling the "no-k oc" option by Asrock from the bios is exactly the same thing to manually changing from the bios the multipliers switching from "Cpu ratio: auto" to "Cpu ratio: per core" and upping them by 4. So from 39, 39...
