acetal

Hi, I bought a 2nd hand bay res, which unfortunately came with one of the outlet ports a bit mangled (Acetal). I had only rebuilt the loop last night so have not been able to check for leaks yet but wonder how is people experience with sealing in cases like this? I can see about 1-1.5 threads...
