blur

I have a 32GK650F-B monitor which is a very nice monitor in general but uses a VA panel. The complication for myself is that I perceive a lot of motion blur. From what I have read, an IPS panel would be more suitable for myself. Is that so? Maybe my knowledge is outdated because I thought that...
