    27" Non Gaming, is 1440p better than 4k 200% scale?

    Hello, My Dad is after a monitor for browsing etc. absolutely no gaming. I think 27" is the sweat spot for him, he currently has a 1080p and a 1440p, he's used my 4k and had the scaling at 200%, given this is he better off with a native 1440p or a 4k with scaling? and, any budget...
