Lepa excllusion 240 or cryorig a40 ultimate?

Well, I'm planning to buy a i5 7600k and looking some watercooling i've noticed in those two. What i like from the Lepa is the aesthetics of the tubes but overall the cryorig it seems the best choice. My question is 2-3 CFM makes diference in real environment apart from overclocking? Thanks!
