delay

I ordered a Zotac Trinity RTX 4090 yesterday and the order status is still on 'ordered', it has not moved to order preparation . I submitted a ticket yesterday afternoon but I've heard no reply. Any one know what the issue is here? Any one else on the same boat?

Hey all, I've been looking for a new case for a while and as I was browsing I saw the new Phanteks 500a case and instantly loved it, I saw it would be back in stock yesterday so decided to buy it! To no surprise I still haven't receveid any info on when I will get it, and it just says its back...
