    Is there anyway that this image of text pic could somehow be made readable, please ?

    not sure i did the link right it was taken on a phone a few years ago but once it was put on a pc and we now went back to it, its totally unreadable and i know the text looks distorted but i was wondering if there was any software that could try fix it etc, thanks very much for any help on this...
