Thanks to Overclockers for a totally no fuss, no nonsense RMA procedure under lockdown. Turned on the PC this morning. It started up, but did not give signs of usual procedures, monitors, USB etc. I restarted. Nothing. Pushed the side panel off my case. Checked the code on the LCD display...
