graphics card repair center

Hello I have a RTX 3070 and one of my 3 fans is stalling and just starts spinning then it stops and then starts every 7 sec while the other fans work normally I have cleaned the fans and checked it there are sticky but there all normal no weird sounds coming from the one that is stalling I think...

Pretttttty gutted at the moment, I have double-checked on a 2nd system, stripped it down and checked everything, all the thermal pads were measured and the correct sizes used depth etc, 1mm replaced with 1 mm etc. I have not had any issues with many other cards that I have repasted in the past...
