help power psu power supply unit motherboard

Hi all. I have a problem with my pc it powers up , fans come on lights up etc but my monitor , keyboard/mouse etc don't come on. The only way i can get it to all come on is to pull the power from the PSU (xfxpro 750) and drain the pc of power but pressing the power button until the light on...
