identification

I've pulled a few sticks of ram from an old base unit in the garage and trying to identify them.. Motherboard is sold off and dont have a spare lying around to plug them in. They are crucial ballistix with yellow/gold heat spreaders on top of the chips. I'm thinking they are either 1gb or 2gb...
