    When is the barbecue season coming back to Britain?

    I know it only lasts about two days in Britain, but WHICH two days? I want to try out these sauces and have ago at these fish recipes directly in the fire. And if I can pluck up the nerve, I'll try this Hawaiian sand bake too!
