low download speed

Only Device with download speed only 10% of quoted speed from broadband provider
Having issues with my download speed at the moment. Recently upgraded our broadband to BT infinity with the Smart Hub, with quoted download speeds of 60-80Mbps, upload of 18-22Mbps. My brother's PC connects to it through ethernet cable via a TP-Link wifi extender and gets the quoted speeds...- Marshallton
