more presents

The cheesylad turns 9 next month, we're sorted for a main present, but the grandparents want an idea for up to £40. After Xmas, and our own purchases, I'm stumped. Prefer not board games (but interested in ideas for future) as we got 3 or 4 for Xmas and have only played once on most of them...
