motherboard msi vs asrock b450 battle

I have 2 opinions at same price. Msi B450 Tomahawk or ASrock B450 Fatal1ty Gaming K4. I have 16GB G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3200mhz ram and Ryzen 5 2600x. Only "big" difference is that Tomahawk can have 3466mhz memory oc when asrock can only have 3200mhz. Tomahawk is out of stock and its restocked...
