Pcie4 slot 1080ti @ 8x
I just upgraded to a 3700x + Aorus pro x570, I cant fit my 1080ti in the PCIe4 16x slot (fitted with an arctic accelero) as the hsf is colliding with a Noctua d14 hsf. The next available port I can use is a pcie4 @ 8x. Will I get away with performance being the same? TLDR Pcie4 16x vs 8x...- fluidz
