phone line

So my mum still uses the landline with a sky package that no one bothers with these days and they're paying a ridiculous amount. Is there a service where we can maybe only have incoming calls and maybe have them divert to a mobile number?

If you have FTTP Broadband can you have two phone line running off it with different numbers. I suppose its a question for the ISP but FTTP isn't quite ready where I live :) Thanks :)

We don't like where the phone line terminates. It's ugly and silly. We disguised it for a few years with some low profile trunking/conduit but now we're redecorating and it's a problem again. My office is directly above the lounge. I'd like to relocate the socket there. I know nothing about...
