MS Edge, 'pre-launching' and 'tab preloading'
I use CCleaner and don't use either MS Edge or MSIE. When running CCleaner on Windows 10 I get the following message: Since I don't use ME Edge, I don't imagine this matters but I did vaguely wonder what is going on with 'tab preloading' and more particularly with 'pre-launching'; Is MS Edge...- stockhausen
