Are my maths off here? - Solid wood flooring costs around £20 per SQM. My apartment is 840 SQM, of which wood flooring would be needed in main room (living & kitchen) and hallway approach to bedrooms and bathrooms. I estimate maybe 400 - 500 SQM Is that really £10,000 just for the materials...- Guest2
