tv hisense oled qled

I just bought a Hisense 55U7QF but the motion is awful - almost like I'm watching 10fps at times. It's somehow worse than my 2016 55M3300 Hisense even though it's a 2020 model with better specs. Really upset and disappointed, going to post it up for sale this week. Hisense has let me down...
