Like in the title, is there a meaningful uplift between "standard" MERC 310 RX 7900 XT vs MERC 310 RX 7900 XT Black Edition? Also, while I'm at it. Is ****** a trustworthy place to buy components in the UK? Their prices often seem a bit too good.

Hy I have xfx rx 5700 dd and I love everything about it , except its pretty loud..I have searching other brands and I almost find some s@it about everyone.. So what model of rx5700 would you reccomend in some normal price point??
