0&0 defrag , best method/setting to use ?

ive just installed this in vista and there are 5 methods that can be used to defrag my drives, what method/setting is best to use or whats everyone using?
1,stealth
2,space
3,complete/name
4,complete/method
5,complete/access

Look in the help?! States what each one is used for. Personally I go for name for my system drive.

just ran it using space, seems quite good. i was using diskeeper and thought i would 0&0 a go .
