007 spyware?

hi guys just got back from holiday run SPYBOT and it came up with 007 spyware --- was reading what it is used for, snap shots screen etc,, sounds pretty heavy is it cause for alarm? thanks

it could be used to picture you entering card details for an online purchase - be very careful!

****. Is running spybot in safe mode going to sort it out? i think its gone...not sure how i picked it up....
