i've been with 02 contract for years,

decided to get this Nokia N73, so rang 02, they kept bumped me into the "upgrade" dept and want £179.99 for N73 handset

but on 02 website, N73 cost £49.99, online off peak 500, 750mins, 750 SMS per month, all for £25 a month, 18 months contract, i know its only for new customers

so i rang back again to order new phone, new number, new contract, everything brand new so once i got it then i'll cancel old contract.

once i gave them my details like my name and address, they went "aaahh let put you throu to the upgrade dept"

they did that 3 times now, i gave up

getting extremely angry with 02 now,

what can i do? is there any way i order new phone ?

well, if they bumped me into the upgrade dept, perhaps if i order new phone via website, they'll charge me £179.00 once theyve seen i've already got 02 contract phone?

When you call say you want a second contract surley?

Do use the upgrades department phone the retentions department. Phone them up and say you want to cancel your contract becuase you can get the deal you want. They might be able to match it for you.
