02 Simplicity questions

Currently im on 02 PAYG with a Nokia E63 and i top up £15 a month and get unlimited 02-02 calls and texts. Out of that £15 they take £7.50 for an unlimited web bolt on.

Ive been looking at a simplicity plan on pay monthly as im incresingly texting and ringing people who arent on 02. For the same £15 i can the same unlimited 02 to 02 calls, unlimited texts to any network ( i think ) and 600 mins to other networks. Now when i go to checkout theres a whole bunch of add ons but theres no web add ons even tho it says i can add one for £5

You can't have web/wifi if you take unlimited o2 calls

I had this problem I took same tariff you have mentioned then called them up and was told pay £5 and web/wifi can be added they messed up my tariff so i called them again and i was told you can only have two bolt ons at a time and the unlimited texts is classed as one and so is unlimited o2 calls they wont allow unlimited texts to be dropped.
