So I return home from work this evening and find out that once again my Mother, by her own admission, has been a victim of the wonder world of telesales.
Anyway, to cut a long story short he has been upgraded from a Pay & Go tariff to, for some reason or another, a pay monthly one with a shiny new phone
I had a look at the contract/conformation she received and I am extremely confused about the message allowance.
Could anyone please care to explain what these mean and the difference between the two?
