This number keeps ringing me and so far i haven't been there to pick up the phone. I can't ring back either..so what is it?

Call center. Tell them where to go and also ask how they got ya number. I find going to my service provider and poking them about it makes thing happen and nice free gifts and credit

Its an O2 call centre.

Just phone o2 and ask to be removed from any marketing calls and they will stop. Worked for me anyway.
