0700 scam

This is a scam right? I should know better for asking but i actually know someone with that first name but different last name.

Got the following text msg

"Milena Konopatka wants you to know they are in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. You can call them on 07003243955"

I believe 0700 number is a premium rate number so i havent tried it. Weird thing is its quite specific to where i live, howd they manage that?

text was fae same number. I think i may just have saved myself 30p ish from not phoning back thanks ocuk!

Or is there a way to phone them but reverse the call charges?

Yeah some doctors charge extra outcall out-of-hours fees for their services. Just give him your dd details and it will be fine.

Claim it back via the health insurance.
