Need to cease me BB and re order and so be without internet for 2 weeks and so want so form of connection.. have 20+ hours of call time carried over on o2 so was wondering if there was a "free" apart from the call cost dial up ISP using a 0845 0870 or National (ie 01 02) number??

Cheers guys

Fairly certain that 0845/0870 won't be taken out of your call time, you'll just be charged.

And I don't think there're any ISPs with 01/02 numbers.

That's GSM for you. GPRS would be quicker, but that's charged by the Mb.

Is there any particular reason you needed to cease/reprovide on you ADSL, rather than just migrating?

Bad luck. I jumped from Eclipse before they moved me to LLU - I sensed it coming.

Claranet used to dish out non-geographic numbers.

Did you actually phone Zen?
There shouldn't be a problem with LLU MACs, and you certainly shouldn't have to go through a (normal) cease and reprovide (though if you aren't migrating, Zen couldn't do it anyway)...

If you haven't already started it off, it might be worth phoning.
