what values do i have to adjust on my asus commando to get 1/1 instead of 2/3 fsb/dram and will it make much difference in speed

it should be in your bios---don`t know where abouts though as i haven`t got that board.

You don't need to run 1:1. Your current settings will be faster than 1:1.

Tho it's probably the ddr533 option in BIOS to get 1:1.

Completely OT but your sig is too big, only 4 lines of text are allowed with each not exceeding 400px.

@ OP:

Your ram is already running faster than the FSB so if it's stable it's faster than the 1:1 setting.
