1/2 second freezing with buzzing sound.

So I have ask awhile ago about this issue but didn't get much luck with what to do.

While watching anything Netflix, utube w/e I will randomly get a split second freeze with a buzzing sound coming through the speakers at the same time (been going on since October 2019).

Has also happened while gaming, this time I had AMD stats overview on and from what I see everything is fine but when I get the split second lag and buzzing sound my GPU will drop to 2% at that very moment just for a second then go back to normal, very random may happen every 5 mins or 3 hours.

Does any one have any idea what might be causing this stupid issue?

Try disabling Hardware Acceleration in everything you have that uses it. For example Discord and web browsers.

Did That, doesn't really help.
I've tryed...
Clean Windows Install
Clean Graphics install
Deep Cleaning the Tower.
all other suggestions, disable realtek and reinstall, change the mhz on sound.

Suppose all thats left to do is,

1 Throw it out a window.
2 Burn it. or,
3 Send it back to Overclockers and see if they can figure it out. :/.
