personal experiences with cheap motherboards are not good ones!
if you're going to spend that amount on a decent PSU, why not a get a decent motherboard to make sure nothing goes wrong.
had a few cheap motherboards and none of them lasted long, although i might be wrong, this one might be amazing!

I've noticed they do other Asrock stuff...

It's not like there hasn't been considerable interest in the board

I don't get why Gibbo hasn't got of couple of these on the shelf, when people are obviously going elsewhere. It's not like him to miss a sale, so what's the catch ...?

I used the 939 version ASROCK when i built a pc for a friend, its still running to this day fine and dandy, but personally i wouldnt use it myself because i prefer quality boards unless there really isnt another choice.

I can't justify buying a lower performing board just to upgrade sooner, i'd rather settle with my current rig and buy a better board when i can afford to.

Thats just my preference though, now i've had some fun clocking the A64's i'd hate to waste a conroe in a budget board, but like i said thats just my own preference, it would still be great in that board to, it would just feel like a downgrade from my current board which i love to bits... :)

^^
it's a pretty handy option for peeps with old kit though

a 6300 and an asrock would be a big step up for me, and be a pretty cheap one.

Yes it is indeed, i just personally wouldnt use it, i did um and ah about it for a while though. :D
